I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. We’ve used several different plumbers in the area over the past 8 years, and I wish I had called Jayk’s the first time. We had a massive sewer line that needed replacing for almost a year as it was hanging over our heads as we were originally quoted about $6000 over 3 days of work. Finally, we decided to try one last plumber and Jayks was the winner.

The plumber, José, and his partner were professional and friendly and showed up right when they said they would. They dug a large 6’ hole by hand, removed and repaired the damaged sewer line (tree roots), and filled it in all in one day. They also did it at a fraction of the cost we were originally quoted. I can’t recommend Jayk’s enough - they communicate via text mostly which is great, but are always friendly on the phone as well.

In particular, I want to give a shout out to José. This young man is awesome. He has fixed a few things for us in the past month and gets the job done every time. He even has gone above and beyond to paint and seal in bathroom areas where there was damage. He deserves a raise!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Had a problem with the water heater and my roommate was able to get him out to Wendell within a few hours. Fixed quickly and well done.

On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

EVERY YEAR since we've been living in our home (11years), we've had issues with our HVAC system. We've called this company 2-3x each year to fix it. They come out but obviously don't fix the problem. We get charged for the visit, service and materials even though they didn't fix the issue. We're finally going to stop using Airmakers. We only used them as long as we did because my husband thought they knew what they were doing since the company installed the system. No more.

Bill from Midtown did a great job for me. I have a sewage pump in my basement and Bill was able to get me a new lid for the tank, replace the pump and repair/update the pipes as needed. Bill called me and explained how it was better for me to wait a day for the lid he ordered and then fix everything at once to same me time and money. So on the 2nd appointment , Bill showed up on time, explained everything, gave me accurate estimate and did a very good job. I asked him for his card so I'll remember to call Midtown again if/when I need them.

All these things I mention I was unable to communicate with other companies when I was calling around for a plumber. Midtown phone operators explained to me I could buy my own sewage pump to save me money and time on the installation. Other companies wanted to supply the sewage pump which then they up-charge me a price.

Jordan, Andy and Curtis did a fantastic job. They went far above and beyond to make sure we understood everything they needed to do and on the Advantage plan. We had not been told about it before. These guys are wonderful!

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! These guys are true masters of their craft and the quality of their work is remarkable; Everyone that comes into our home is blown away. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. They were able to work around my availability, fixed my problem quickly, and didn't leave a mess. They did the job for a very reasonable price.
