I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

When I discovered my outdoor water faucet would not shut off, I called Jayk's because of the good reviews posted on google for their speed of service. I was able to speak to someone on my first call and they were able to send someone that same day. Fortunately, it was a simple fix and they were able to repair it in less than 20 min. Great service and very reasonably priced. I would definitely refer Jayk's.

I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Do NOT call these people unless you have a money tree growing in your back yard! I had 2 toilets running/leaking inside the tank. The plumber asked my fiance if we wanted the toilets rebuilt because they would last longer (my home was built in 2003). Side note, the plumber arrived 15-20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet. My fiance said okay to the work being done because honestly he was trying to get out the door to work. Normally I wouldn't complain about a repair man arriving early but in this case it was an inconvenience. Anyway, my understanding of rebuilding a toilet is putting new guts in which you can buy a kit for at Lowes for $20 yet my bill ended up being $475! I asked for an itemized statement for what I was being charged but was told that all toilets are different (um okay) and that the bill was just for the job. I was told the job has to cover the company's insurance, gas, and the plumber leaving my house to go get the parts. Shouldn't toilet guts be something standard a plumber keeps on their truck? After the plumber left I was so upset that I called 2 other companies in Raleigh to ask what they would charge for the same job. Their charges were $150-$225 LESS than Midtown. I hate to think what Midtown would charge for a big job! Good luck if you use them!

Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!
