Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Two techs showed up to my house to fix choppy water/shaking pipes and were able to quickly fix it in under 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Matthew came out to fix, replace and repair both of my laundry room faucets pipes from leaking water. He looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Afterwards he test the water pipes to make sure everything worked, plus he cleaned up. We have been with Bolton Service going on 26 years, and some Technicians are good and some are just ok, but Bill S. is GREAT ,AND NOW I HAVE FOUND A SECOND ONE THAT HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE ON THE LAST TWO VISITS Aaron S. he always goes beyond what any other Technician has ever done in the past. Aaron S.always explains things and the other day while working on the Outside AC unit he smelled Gas and I had to call DOMINION ENERGY to get a Technician out to fix the Leak, then Aaron found where the contacts on the relay was not making sound connection and was able to find a problem and fix it before it broke and would have caused more money and headaches.
I would like to have AARON S as my PM Technician from here on. AARON has a great work ethic and it seems like that is becoming more rare today.

Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I can't tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us!

QUALITY and honesty you can trust

Professional service. They returned a few times to completely fix the concerns we had. The second crew, especially, seemed very knowledgeable. Quick response and was able to get appointments quickly.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
