We had a slow water leak. Wes made it out the next day. Provided excellent service and arrived right on schedule. We asked him to do a couple other small jobs the next day. Again, arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous service. We now know who to call in the future.

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

A month ago, our toilet was leaking water from the base. I called a company that could come within the hour, let’s call them RR, and they sent a tech out. He was speedy, but all he did was replace the wax ring and reset the toilet.

Yesterday, the same issue occurred and I called RR, but they refused to honor the warranty on the work, which the technician assured me that we had before he left.

Later that evening, all hell broke broke loose after washing a load of clothes—sewage came spewing up from out shower, the second toilet in the house started leaking from the base, flooding the bathroom and a pipe under the house began leaking water.

I was desperate for a reliable and experienced plumber, and my father in law recommended Jayk’s, which he had heard about from a friend. I’m so thankful the recommendation!! Our appointment was today at 12, but luckily, he was able to get here sooner. After explaining the issue, he asked follow up questions to help diagnose the issue and began working on unclogging our main sewer drain. I was able to leave him to his work while I did other things around the house. He finished in about an hour or so and ran the washer and sinks to be sure everything was running clearly.

Unfortunately, RR did a botch job in reassembling our toilet, so he had to take a break and go purchase extra parts to fix it!! He was amazed at how poorly the job was done, as was I, since it was not a cheap fix.

Our plumbing is working beautifully now, there are no leaks, no sewer backups, the toilet is fixed properly and he left the bathroom clean. I’m so happy and recommend Jayk’s 100%.

Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater.
