Called for non-emergency work, and set up an appointment for the next week. Plumber came by on time, easily fixed the issue, friendly and good customer service.

Highly recommend. I was very impressed with the quality of work as well as how quick they were to fit me in (had somewhat of an emergency). In addition to installing our sink and replacing the bulky piping underneath, they found a leak at the dishwasher that we were unaware of, which saved us major $$ and issues down the road. Can’t say enough good things about Cape Fear and our technician, James. Our AC stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon when the temp was 95 outside. James from Cape Fear was here an hour later. He quickly found a bad capacitor and took time to show me the reading on the bad one and new one. He checked our refrigerant and compressor, which he had to cool down because it has overheated. All else was well. An hour later our house is cooling down. Timely, professional and knowledgeable service call.

Mike Connors came out to fix our pressure regulator after we had some issues running our sprinklers. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely use ARC again for plumbing.

We called Kevin with Cub’s Plumbing because our old tank water heater started leaking and gave out. When Kevin arrived he was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our old water heater could not be repaired. We went over the different options and decided to go with a new tankless water heater. Kevin came back the next day and installed the unit in one day! We had hot water again! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention to detail that Kevin showed. We will definitely call Cub’s Plumbing in the future.

He then worked further, under no obligation,to instruct me how to change and maintain the valve handle on my shower.He is friendly, competent,and up to date on current plumbing trends and techniques.It was a pleasure to meet him.When I require assistance with my plumbing,I will call Progressive and have Justin return.

I called Sonny's in a total jam. I had a water heater in an atic leak and ruined a ton of wall and flooring. I had been without hot water for 2 days. My original plumber choice flaked on me and I started dialing. I ran across Sonny and they literally made some time for the same day and handled the job with care and precision. We have a marble bathroom that he expertly protected. Totally professional, clean and honest! Rare find. Great job and thank you for the rescue!!!
