We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

I've had them come out for a bathroom remodel, wherein we had to have some emergency piping covering brought out again and they hotbto it with a quickness. Thatnwas above and beyond. More recently, I had them remove a kitchen dispoal unit and replace the faucet. Todd did that and he wound up coming early and had it done in no time. The work is quality and the intrusion is minimal. I actually was surprised both times by the price being lower than expected. Thanks guys!

Two days ago we were without heat as our 3 year old gas boiler furnace suddenly quit working. I called the man who installed it but his voice mail said he wasn't available. And he wasn't available yesterday morning. I was referred by my AC vendor to Newcomb and Co. doubting that a large company with mixed reviews would respond to a new customer who was without heat. The receptionist's first words were, You're without heat? I'll get someone out there as soon as I can! Wow! Three hours later Richard showed up, replaced an internal switch, cleaned up the boiler unit, and departed leaving me grateful for rapid response and comfortable heat in our house. Ned Yellig, MD

Lane recommended septic tank clean out as first step in gurgling plumbing.. recommended Bailey Septic of Knightdale who did excellent job. Problem appears to be solved with only one company to pay.

Sampson was wonderful! He responded back to me, every time I contacted him. He came out, when promised and was on time. If you leave a VM, he returns them. He removed an old toilet, and installed a new toilet.

We will be using him, going forward. I highly recommend him.

Chris is a great choice to call for plumbing needs. On the phone and in person, he is personable and easy to work with. He scheduled a time to fit with my schedule and gave me a reasonable range of quotes of what my repairs would cost that would allow me to budget this into my monthly costs.
