On more than one occasion when I had a plumbing problem, TCR/Terry either came himself to see what the problem was, or promptly sent one of his awesome plumbing team to sort things out for me. They were prompt, courteous, well informed, and were willing to explain the work that they had done. They also cleaned up after the work they had done which was appreciated. We contracted Roto Rooter to hook up our gas grill to our gas line this weekend and Joseph Young came out to provide a quote. The process was much more complicated than excepted but Joseph was prompt and thorough. He went to Home Depot twice to get the parts need and hooked up the grill. The price we paid was definitely worth it. He was very patient and fast. I would highly recommend Joseph for any plumbing needs!

What luck to have our water heater start leaking days before a major hurricane. We called Carolina Plumbing at 8am, by 11am they had a brand new water heater installed. Our installer, Tim, was patient and was quick to answer questions. We are grateful they were able to get our new water heater installed before the hurricane.

We just moved into a house built around 1964 and recently discovered that the previous owners never updated a LOT of the house including many plumbing items. We called in Eric and his company for a rush job after another sub pointed out that we had water pooling in the crawlspace and it needed to be cleaned up before we could have our mold remediation done.

Eric squeezed us in to his schedule just in time to be completed before the mold remediation. He was extremely professional and explained everything as he went along. His prices are very fair and he was also able to tell us which of the items on our inspection report were necessary versus which were not a big deal that and we could handle ourselves.

The team finished up very quickly and did very clean work.
