Best Issues Leaks in Raleigh NC

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! Biggest disaster ever!! This deserves 0 stars! Called about a stopped kitchen sink in May 2018. Rep came and tried unsuccessfully to plunge the blockage but in process damaged the strainer. Then was unsuccessful at snaking the clog from under sink. Went to roof vent and was successful only in moving the clog, not clearing it. Thinking it was clear he ran water that backed up in the bath sink on lower lever below kitchen. Now there is water flooding the bath floor. He is unsuccessful plunging from bath sink and from wet bar sink behind bath that drains to same pipe and in the process damages the wet bar sink strainer. Now he has to come back later because snake is broken. When he returns 4 hours later he has been working in mud and boots and pants are muddy but he walks right in tracking and depositing mud wherever he goes. He is unsuccessful snaking clog so says he must cut a hole in wall the get better access to pipe. When he get the hole cut in wall he must now cut the pipe to get access. After he does he is still unsuccessful in removing clog. Now he says he must bust up my bathroom floor (ceramic tile on slab). I say no and he says then he has done all he can do and presents me with a bill for over $300. He leaves with the hole in the wall and the wet bar sink disassembled. Worst experience ever!! I did get another plumber who was able to clear the clog.

Weather Master has a great team of techs that have installed a Nest thermostat at my home, a complete system at my parents and with both experiences we couldn't be happier! Highly recommended company! Always the best!

Will with Fuller Plumbing was fantastic! He came out on short notice and diagnosed our water heater issues quickly. He helped us understand what was actually wrong and gave us multiple options to fix it. He was easy to work with and followed up with us to make sure everything was working appropriately. Because they had a technician come out give me a price and then when I thought the price they gave me was the deal they came out the day of the job and said the last technician that came out didn’t look good it’s more work and add on another 1300$ not good business at all

My technician Joao was very professional and did a timely fantastic job. He listed to what I had to say about my plumbing issues. He then systematically solved my issues. I have been in industrial and residential maintenance for over 45 years. He did a great job.

These guys looked at my pool heater like it was some kind of alien technology, and started googling on their phones how to diagnose the problem...heck, I could've done that. They couldn't figure it out and became hostile almost to the point of physical intimidation when I argued that I didn't want to pay them unless they actually fixed the problem. Run from these people!

I’m very happy to find this company there service employee were are professional. I have an emergency last week my AC stop working but there on call came right away and fix the problem. Today they visited for my summer service check up they are prompt wears protective shoe covering inside my house and explained what’s going on with my AC.

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

Justin and Grisham's performance in installing the gas line for a grill was exceptional. These two young gentlemen displayed a high level of professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. Replaced 2 cut off value and replaced pipe that leaked

Kitchen faucet sprayer malfunctioning - called late in afternoon; problem fixed by noon the next day - that is what I call SERVICE! Personnel easy to deal with and easy to talk to. Was even advised why the slight delay as a part had to be obtained. When personnel arrived, they even removed their shoes so as not to track anything on the tan carpet - this was totally unexpected and MUCH appreciated. Would I hire Lane Plumbing in the future - you bet...in a heartbeat. Thanks again guys!!!

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
