Best Hot Water Heater Replacement in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

Josh is very prompt and organized , and he does a great job! I will be calling him again.

I walked out Wednesday morning to find water gushing up in my front yard. Mike responded to my emergency call with alacrity, and had identified and fixed the problem within two hours of my call. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had to call Bolton as one of their competitors didnt want to come to our facility because of COVID concerns. Frank came out and quickly figure out the issue and had our problem fixed right away. Will be using them again for our plumbing needs

Our 10 year old Rinnai Instant hot water heater stopped working; I called ARC plumbing and they came over within an hour to diagnose the situation. Needed a PC board. Long story short, after waiting a week to get the factory direct part, the problem was also due a mouse family that moved into the water heater and chewed up some wires. No diagnostic code for that! They made it possible to replace the entire unit on the same day, with us buying a new one, and they did not charge us for the previous service. We were thrilled with nice hot water after 10 days of glamping. Brantley, Clay and Shane did a fantastic job overall; they are polite and easy to work with.

Had a minor sink drain issue. They were quick to come out to fix the problem. Did not take long to fix the issue. The plumber (Jerry) that came onsite was nice and knowledgeable.
