Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

We highly recommend Golden Rule Plumbing! Reasonably priced, professional, fast, efficient and clean! Our 4.5 year old gas hot water heater stopped working. We called Golden Rule and Joseph responded quickly. Joseph came out diagnosed the problem (it had rusted out!), and advised us that since it was still under warranty, we should contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. We did, and only had to pay for the labor and miscellaneous parts. Joseph and his assistant removed the old heater, returned it to the supplier, picked up a new one, and submitted the warranty information on our behalf. They installed the new water heater and cleaned up so well that it didn’t even look like they had been there! This was a very difficult job, since the water heater is in our attic and the attic opening is just about the same width as the heater, but they got it done. The next time we need a plumber we will call Golden Rule Plumbing.

We needed a plumber and they returned our phone call quickly, set an appointment and they arrived on time . The serviceman was extremely professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of service. They will be our go to plumber in the future.

Juan was the young man that showed up to do the service call I explain to him the issue and within 15 minutes pay had identified the problem fortunately he also has the repair part on the truck a small capacitor and the system is back up and running!!

I Had issues with my A/C not working in my office on one of these Smoldering hot days..So I called them up & in no time they had me a Service Technician on site! I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

The technician, William J, was great. He showed up on time, did his job quickly, and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand manner.

Not only did they show up, but called and asked if they could come earlier!Kyle was my technician! He was very informative and always ended any suggestions or issues with “ Do you have any questions?” He was also very informative and professional!I have been trying since July to get someone out to do a tune up, and competitors have been less than reliable! Wish I would have called Air Experts first! Kudos to you and your staff! Really appreciate the reliable service!!!

David with PSR was very professional. He helped me figure out the most cost effective ways to solve my plumbing issues, was in time for our appointment, and friendly. We had a secondary emergency issue arise two days later, and David came within 30 minutes to take care of it for us. We're using PSR again for additional work.

Recommended, quick response, fair price. They did a good job fixing my Water Heater.

The basin of our sink was separating from our counter, and we were unsure of who to call. We became aware of 1-800-Plumber+Air through Yelp. I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue. I absolutely recommend 1800-Plumber+Air for people looking for reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable plumbers.
