Highly recommend! They were very responsive, were able to schedule at a convenient time, were up front about everything, and helped us identify some additional issues that we plan to fix.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I've used Air Experts for the past couple of years. We recently moved and I had them come do a routine check-up. Thomas was our guy at the old house and I was glad to see he showed up for the service at the new place. He is very thorough and walks you through everything. I'm gonna run the issues he found through our home warranty and whatever they don't cover will be going back to Thomas and Air Experts.UPDATE 1: This is a long time coming but my home warranty company refused to cover the issues Air Experts found. They said the warranty doesn't cover existing issues known or unknown. Isn't a warranty supposed to cover unknown issues? If there are known issues, they shouldn't issue a warranty. So, gladly kicked the home warranty company to the curb and had Air Experts install brand new higher efficiency systems.UPDATE 2: I didn't realize my new systems' warranties were dependent on me staying up-to-date with routine maintenance, but it makes sense. Luckily, Air Experts called and reminded me to renew my maintenance plan and reminded me of that requirement. Their tech Chase came out today and got everything tuned up for the rest of our NC summer without trying to upsell me on gimmicky tech add-ons like some other companies I've used in the past. In fact, he let me know that one of the filters needed to be replaced (which I knew) but stopped short of offering what would ordinarily be an overpriced replacement. I told him I would order a new one from my usual discount source immediately. He was cool with that. Pardon the pun.

Quick turn around, quality work, reasonable price!

My wife called me and said the HVAC wasn't working. I called three reputable companies which had a backlog of a day to a few days for their service technicians. N&C told me they could dispatch someone in 20 minutes, so I went ahead with it. $103 for the diagnostics, catastrophically failed capacitor which damaged my contactor within the outdoor AC unit. The service tech replaced those components, then showed me how to clean the coils and a few other maintenance tips. He checked the refrigerant levels and did a quick leak detection inside the condenser coil, then recharged the system. It hasn't been recharged since we moved into the house 8 years ago so it was due. It's cooling well now, and some tips the service tech gave me will aid me in deciding when to pull the trigger on a new system (its 20 years old). At this point, I would recommend them based on my service tech experience and knowledge. I can not comment on the installers. They did mark up the components a bit, but it's understandable as they have to make money as well.

TreMont arrived right on time , introduced himself and went about checking out the heating system for the winter season. He worked quietly and efficiently and at the end of the service, he restored the thermostats back to their programs, closed up the attic and crawlspace areas and sent me an email report documenting inspection details and results. I will be requesting TreMont for my future maintenance with Raleigh Heating and Air because he is a very professional and efficient staff representative.

Noah was great, very thorough and thoughtful throughout his visit. He explained the pros and cons of several repairs and even suggested not doing some work.

Also, our dog liked him as well! Always a good sign!
