Provided very professional and prompt service. I was provided a quote over the phone after providing pictures of the repair I needed. The repair was completed and I was informed of everything that was needed to complete the repair as well as a detailed explanation about the cause of the leak. They even provided pictures of the repair without a request from me, which I was grateful for as the work was done under my home. The best part about the service was that the final bill came in well under the original quote. I will definitely contact Golden Rule Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs.

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I do not normally give ratings, but these folks were very professional and responsive. Called at 8:30 that my water heater was dead and they had a new one installed with modifications made to fit the new size by 3:00 the same day. Liked that everything was done paperless. I would use them again.

This company did an outstanding job hooking up out generator to our gas line so we never have to worry about filling the gas cans again! Love them, highly recommend!!

He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. I called Alan for a fan installation in my home. He was very responsive, set a date and time immediately, showed up on time, was very professional, and did a great job installing my fan. Jeremy at NC Plumbing Pros knows his business! He came quickly, was professional, very knowledgable and personable. As a Master Plumber certified in 5 states he had the knowledge, experience and proper equipment to fix our drainage problem/clogged pipe efficiently after a previous company was unable to do so and said we would have to replace our galvanized pipe at a cost of $1450, which AHS would not have covered. He also said that had the pipe replacement been necessary, he would have have charged about $900. Wow better plumber and better price! I wish AHS had sent Jeremy in the first place so I would not have been without the use of my washing machine for over a week. Highly recommend Jeremy with NCPlumbing Pros!
