These guys are amazing. Joseph was quick to respond to my questions, provide an estimate, and let me know when he could make it out to do the job. They were professional and reasonably priced. Joseph explained what caused the problem and exactly how he fixed it. Definitely recommend them.

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Called on Thursday and set up an appointment for the next week on Tuesday b/c we had no water. Discussed with PlumbV our location. Company called approximately 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to say we were out of their service area. They advertise that they serve areas ALL AROUND US including g areas that are further away than out town. We are in He Derain and they advertise they serve Oxford, Kitrell, Louisburg and areas well beyond Raleigh. So now I’m a week without water and again trying to find a plumber and waiting on another appointment. They have failed to return messages where I have tried to discuss this issue. Do NOT recommend if they do this to customers. PIOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Wyatt was very professional, friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and troubled shot our old tankless water heater. He performed the installation of new heater himself and had new system installed in less than 4 hours, - in addition to also fixing leaking outside spigot.We highly recommend Blanton’s.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We called PK Plumbing to install a tankless gas water heater. Edwin was prompt to respond and provided excellent communication regarding appointments and cost estimates. He took the time to explain the installation process and functionality of the system we purchased and was very patient while answering my many questions. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our space by cleaning up and maintaining social distancing. We called Edwin back to repair leaky laundry faucets and he worked just as efficiently and helped us stay within our budget. We recommend PK Plumbing not only for their quality of service, but also for their quality of character!

Thought I was going to have to hire a plumber AND an electrician to solve my problem of it taking way too long to get hot water in my kitchen. Got a quote from a pluming-only company to add a small hot water heater. Would have still needed an electrician. When Benjamin came to the house to give my FREE estimate he came up with a better, more efficient and lower cost solution - a recirculating pump tied to the existing HW heater. AND, ARC also has licensed electricians so I only had to deal with one company. Dealing with the Rosanna at the office and the guys here on site was a pleasure. 5-YEAR warranty! Couldn’t be happier with this company.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price.
