Incidentally, they noticed some aging in our sink pan and offered to caulk the borders as a courtesy. Michael and Son has been excellent to work with! They text confirmations of your appointment window, then text you confirmation with a photo of the repair person who will be coming out to your home, and they call you as they are headed to your home. Juan, the plumber who helped us today was amazing - he was prompt and personable and helped make a chaotic situation a lot less stressful. I can’t recommend him and their plumbing service highly enough. The gentleman who came to do the restoration estimate has been just as wonderful to work with. A++

I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.
