Great Service, Professional, courteous and friendly. My well pump went bad, Luna, Travis, and Alex came out to replace the old 20 Year old pump. Our well sat at 600 feet deep and they had no problems pulling, replacing and making sure everything in the system checked out and worked perfect before they left. Even the secretary on the phone was very informational and understanding of the situation as well.

Able to find/detect and replace a break in my waste line from tree roots, replace an ice maker supply valve and a fill valve in a toilet quickly and professionally

We had an issue with our well pump on a Sunday. We called and they showed up first thing the next morning on a holiday and promptly and professionally fixed our issue. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Henry was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He took time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly before departing.

Kyle showed up on time on a Saturday. He was very professional and thorough in checking out our water problem. We had no water flowing from our well. It turned out to be a failed well pump plus a couple of other hookup problems. Kyle connected us to a neighbors outside faucet so we had water until he could return on Monday with a new pump. New pump was installed and water is now flowing. Great Job! Kyle and his helpers were very friendly and courteous. I'll use CK's Plumbing and Backflow again!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
