The guys did a great job replacing the fixtures in both showers this trip. Last time out they replaced the hot water heater. They were on time, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves!!!! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Hurley, and his co-workers(Glenn too) worked very hard to solve the problems we were facing. I feel very confident that they have done a good job for us.. There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

Kind and knowledgeable service technician. Fixed my issue quickly and the cost was fair.Very poor time management and customer service by this company. I had a 10a-12p window that they did not show up for. I was not notified by the company, I had to call myself to check in and the representative on the phone told me they had no idea when the tech would show up. I rescheduled for the same day between 4-6p and they showed up before 4pm. I had to leave work twice in order to accommodate their schedule. Quite unprofessional. If the service tech did not do such a good job, I would not do business with this company again.

I called Blanton's to service my HVAC due to some previous issues. Ryan Johnson came out and identified the issues and the next course of action. Ryan was professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Blanton's to provide HVAC services, but most importantly, Ryan to be the technician.

After using this company for several projects I found them to be quite overpriced. However plumbing is expensive sometimes so I never complained and only occasionally called for service. Well today I asked them if they were interested in bidding a water line replacement job that I needed a couple bids on. (Several thousand dollar job) The lady answered the phone and was incredibly short with me. She told me they weren’t interested and either go in the work order or not. She said they were too busy to bid the job. After doing $30,000 in work last year with them I have decided to be done with them.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE.
