Best Drain Clearing in Raleigh NC

We have used the services of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - most recently this morning.
Chris did an excellent job in solving and fixing the intermittent problems we've been having with shower and toilet stoppages.
He also volunteered to take care of a minor plumbing issue not related to the service call.
I can't say enough good things about Chris and Joe, who came out previously, and their professionalism. We will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs we might have.

Joseph from “Golden Rule Plumbing Servises” installed my new water heater in the house, which, I should add, was a very complicated job, as the water heater is located in the attic with a rather very narrow attic door. But he mastered it with tremendous professionalism. He took time to cover up the entire area from the attic to the front door with plastic, to prevent any damage when removing the bad water heater. Joseph was very knowledgeable and humble. He also gave me great advise on how to make sure that I get the best out of the newly installed water heater. Additionally, “Golden Rule Plumbing Services” charges fair and reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Bought a whole new air unit a year ago from this company and when it failed last week, they could not come for service/repair for a whole week. BUYER BEWARE: you may get a good deal but you WON'T GET GOOD SERVICE !!!!! Why would you want to spend that kind of money with a company who won't provide any customer service??

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. He was direct and very fair with his prices. He made my day and we could'nt be happier !! I am passing his information along to all my friends. Thank you Drew for your hard work today !!

Sammy from Carolina Plumbing came and replaced a damaged kitchen faucet. He was punctual and very professional. Best price also . I will definitely use them again in the future .

I don't know how the hell this unprofessional company even gets good reviews from anyone. So apparently the apartment complex my wife and daughter lives in hired these people to do maintenance on the pipes that are connected with another apartment. When they went to work on the pipes in the other place they put a snake through the pipe and busted the pipe under the kitchen sink which caused the cabinet under the sink to flood with dirty water that seeped on to the carpet, under the stove, and under the dishwasher. The maintenance man was called and did his best with cleaning up the mess that was made and called up the plumbing company responsible for busting our pipe to which they responded by saying they wasn't responsible in a rude manner and hung up on the maintenance man. If this is the kind service that is given to customers of this company, then who are people blowing to stay in business? Seriously! You people should be ashamed of yourselves to even call yourselves professionals and not take responsibility for busting our pipes and coming back to fix ours. This company needs to be out if business and if this is a family owned company and then you all need to either be homeless or get in another line work.

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!
