Best Cooling Replacement in Raleigh NC

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They came on a Friday to put a new system in at my house in Wake Forrest and we're unable to get it working by 4:30 pm, end of their business day. I reached out to my sales person, Ben Freeland,and he responded immediately with an update of the situation and said someone would come back out to finish the work. Mind you this is at 5:00 pm on a Friday night. He came and finished the install. Works great. Ben saved me almost $1500 over a Rheem brand AC unit by suggesting a Carrier unit. Best prices and best service in the triangle!

Andy and Tucker in training came same day that I called. I had a toilet/waste line issue that was addressed quickly. They made sure both toilets in house are functioning properly and that the flow through the waste line was as it should be. Andy was wonderful! Professional and patient, personable and persistent to resolve the issue. Kudos to Andy and Tucker.I want to also commend the lady who took my call. She was very helpful and made sure I got someone out today.I'll be calling Weather Master for plumbing issues from now on. Thank you so much!

James installed my Emerson Sensei WiFi thermostat and checked both HVAC units. He replaced items needing replacement. James was very transparent in his inspection and repairs and was honest in his recommendations to replace or not replace. I would definitely ask for James for inspection and work on my HVAC units.

Nick was a a great service tech.He was honest and gave great recommendations, so that I could make an educated decision on repair or replace.

Bolton is the only HVAC company that we have ever used in over 31 years of living in Raleigh. We have installed many systems and keep a maintenance agreement with them. Jerry is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, hardworking, and respectful. His staff all have the same high standards. They know what they’re doing and won’t leave before the problem is solved. Camden is dear to us.

Newcomb came out today for our annual maintenance visit on our a/c. We signed up for a service contract for the first time ever this year. Jonathan did a great job and was very polite and professional. He had booties for his shoes to protect our flooring and carpet, didn't walk through the house with his bucket even though it would have been easier, and even took the initiative to clean off my siding from the grass the landscapers blew on it this morning when he saw it!
P.S. Would love to always have him come out and do the service if possible.

These guys do a terrible job. They don’t do the job they are paid for. They’ve been out several times charging my poor mother repeatedly for a job they haven’t completed. Be wary of a company trying to take advantage of an elderly widow.
