I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We have been customers of Airmakers for many years. Today, we received our annual spring HVAC maintenance in anticipation of the spring season. Lee Manuel is the technician we work with on a regular basis. He provides superior service each time he comes to our home, whether it’s to troubleshoot and resolve a problem, or if it’s to provide bi-annual maintenance. He really knows his craft. And, I must say that, over the years, all technicians Airmakers has sent to our home have provided excellent service. This is a company that prides itself on treating its customers well and making sure all customers are satisfied with the service they received, from the employee who answers the phone to the employee who comes to your house to resolve an issue.

Brandon Vanmeter came out to our house after we reported an issue with our thermostat not working. He not only fixed the problem, but found that we were missing a dehumidifier in the basement that should have been installed from the start. He also gave helpful tips on system maintenance. A big thanks to Brandon for going above and beyond my expectations!

Great service. No up charge for Sunday and they were able to fix my unit instead of trying to upsell me on a replacement. Drew Thompson was the tech. He was great. Really nice guy. Knows his stuff.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. I had a hot water heater emergency and a new hot water heater installation in the same 24 hours. Fortunate to have that handled so professionally and so quickly. I have worked with Bolton for 20 continuous years now, plumbing, electric, and hvac. They are clear about the proposals, and the work they need to do. And they always clean up after they are done! Billy and Brian and Emerson were great yesterday. Highly recommend!

Newcomb has been a help in taking care of my a/c needs. They always have great service people who are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

Sonny's Mechanical is #1 in our opinion. From our first call to Sonny's to our last good-bye to the technician, the situation was. very professional and customer satisfying.. Jason Lett was the technician and he was first class. He kept us informed of our situation and was very professional and knowledgeable. Hats off to Sonny's and Jason.
