Best Clogged Sewer Pipes in Raleigh NC

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

I began having water backup in my master bathroom when taking showers, and within a few days, it escalated into water AND sludge spitting out of the sinks. I was referred to TCR by my regular plumber, since it seemed to be a drainage issue. I called TCR on a Monday morning about 8:30 am, received a call back before 9:30 am that a service person was on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes, was able to diagnose the problem immediately (roots clogging our drainage pipe), and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That's what I call awesome service. I will not hesitate to call TCR again for plumbing problems, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area.

Quick response. Gave us many options before taking action. At the end he fix our plumbing issues. Really great plumbers in Raleigh! care about the customer came all the way here to Knightdale to help out.

Wayne (3112) did a great job on our drain. He clearly described what was going on, what our options were, and the risks involved. The solution we settled on worked wonderful, and we're thoroughly satisfied. We'll definitely ask for Wayne in the future!

I happen to have an older model mobile home (1985 build), that until now noone wanted to help as far as plumbing issues. We had a hot water pipe burst. They showed early in their time window (10-1), quickly assessed the situation. They came, investigated, and repaired within an hour! Very courteous and responsive as well!

Linwood with Newcomb was very thorough and methodical in addressing our mysterious sewer smell that comes and goes in all bathrooms.!. So so happy I found Arbor Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working! I spent the morning getting quotes from bigger names but when I had made a decision, I wasn't getting called back (we started at 9am, so much for same day service). By 4pm, I decided to reach out to someone new. I found Arbor through Angi and great reviews. Mike, the sales mngr, had met set up by 5 with a full quote that was extremely competitive. Andre and Eric were at my house by 7:45 and were not daunted by my narrow little storage closet. They explained the features of my new water heater and told me how to maintain it. They were super nice and left everything better than they found it! I have put Arbor Plumbing in my contacts so I don't have to waste my time next time.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

Lane plumbing saved us what could be have been thousands of dollars in unnecessary work that would have resolved nothing! We called them for a second opinion after we had a funny feeling about a quote we got prior with a different company. Turns out it was a city issue all along and Lane Plumbing stayed until the city got there to vouch on our behalf. These are old fashioned trust worthy people!! I will only EVER be using Lane Plumbing for any future issues.

These guys were great! They arrived on time and were professional as well as courteous. They did a great job at an affordable price and it didn’t take forever!

I called for water heater service 3 hours after they called me and said I need to find someone else they can’t help me

The worst. Came to clean pipes and didn’t even have the proper equipment. He used my paper towels to clean the pipes. I live in an apartment complex that has a gnat issue and he kept saying “there isn’t anything we can do about it, this cleaning isn’t going to help”. I asked him if he had a brush to get deeper into the pipes and some sort of spray. He said he couldn’t spray, because if he did, it will go to my neighbors apartment, and he didn’t have a brush on him. Very inexperienced. Would not recommend.
