Best Clogged Pipes in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

TCR plumbing is the best! Fair price and great friendly service. I would recommend their work to anyone. I had a plumbing emergency last week during the Holidays. Terry and crew came out and had me up and running that day. Just in time for family coming into town. Terry and team have been very friendly and accommodating. They quoted a fair price and I would use them again in the future. TCR rocks!

I’m amending my review.My issue (the overflow drain in our tub was sealed shut instead of repaired) was resolved within four days (very acceptable considering it was not an active problem). It turns out the gasket was put on incorrectly, which sealed the drain. Roto-Rooter responded within a day of being contacted and sent someone out to fix it within four days. I’m satisfied and very happy at how it was handled. Customer service is always the most important consideration for me. Mistakes happen. It’s how a company deals with it that matters. Because of how they handled it, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They are expensive, but at least they stand by their work.

Showed up EARLY, even. Analyzed problem; worked hard and effectively to solve, then gave me detailed report. What more could I expect? Oh, they were also courteous and nice. I will use them again.

Newcomb did a drain repair on one of my bathroom sinks for the previous homeowner in order for us to close on the house. Eight months later, the drain is damaged in the exact same place. They will no honor this warranty. Less than a year for a repair means this company has to do shoddy work. They said it would be $139/hr for them to even come and determine if it was under warranty. I will never use this plumber and I caution anyone reading this to follow the same.

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

After using this company for several projects I found them to be quite overpriced. However plumbing is expensive sometimes so I never complained and only occasionally called for service. Well today I asked them if they were interested in bidding a water line replacement job that I needed a couple bids on. (Several thousand dollar job) The lady answered the phone and was incredibly short with me. She told me they weren’t interested and either go in the work order or not. She said they were too busy to bid the job. After doing $30,000 in work last year with them I have decided to be done with them.

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Wayne was wonderful! Got here quickly, assessed the problem and offered two different repair options. Quickly resolved the issues and all good. And followed all CDC COVID protocol!! Thanks to Wayne!!

As silly as this may sound, I am the proud owner of two new toliets. The gentleman that came today were very thorough, kind and efficient. I really appreciate their work.
