I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

I had a very easy initial phone call to set up a plumbing appointment for repairs I needed in my home.

Earl came to my house on time and provided a call 15min ahead of arrival. He came by to look at a few plumbing repairs and was very friendly and honest. He removed a kitchen faucet for me where I had a tough time doing the job myself and then installed the new faucet I had purchased from Lowe's. He also looked at two toilets of mine that were leaking and provided his assistance at a complimentary fee. In addition, he left me with a new fill valve and stopper for my use so that I can make the replacement myself to help save me some extra $. I appreciated that he was willing to teach a new homeowner how to diagnose problems and make the repairs to avoid having to call a plumber next time. I would recommend Earl and Schwartz Plumbing to a family member or friend.

Replaced water line street to house. They quoted good price, started right away, worked nonstop, job well done. Would use them again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Zach was great! He arrived here on time and was very professional. Took the time to explain the problem to us in case something happened in the future. He was very patient in making sure the problem was fixed instead of running out the door. Tough to find good customer service along with amazing ability. Now our toilet is working like brand new!

Newcomb has been a help in taking care of my a/c needs. They always have great service people who are friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I would highly recommend Citywide Plumbing and Mike for all of your plumbing needs. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

Same day service

My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

I would give 0 star! Tech. Guy came and repaired the water heater, after couple days, part broke down again! And they are not stand behind their work! And not honor their warranty! Find someone else!

Called Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions to clear my main line. They brought out the right machine and the right guys to do the job. Wayne and Tieree were able to clear my main line drain and get us where we could use our toilets again. I will be calling them in the future.

They were great! Very responsive and communicative. Talked to us about our problem over the phone and gave us a quote. Daniel showed up the same day to fix the problem quickly and professionally. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
