Best Air Conditioning Repairs in Raleigh NC

We were very pleased with Ben Franklin. We have been through several plumbing companies with frustration and have them a try after a friend recommended.

They were very responsive, came out quickly at a time Agee’s on, diagnosed the issue (dishwasher not working) , and offered 2 options for repair. We picked best solution and they fixed efficiently.

We will be using BF moving forward and would recommend.

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit crapping out. I was referred by a friend as he felt the service provided was well worth the price paid for the fix. Not only did Cape Fear work around my schedule but they also showed up with a well equipped team of 3 to address my issue. Austin, Joe, and Kenny were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, allowing me to move along with the rest of my day. As long as I am in this area I will always use or refer Cape Fear AC, Heating & Electrical Company.

Michael Hatem is a class act. He delivered professional service when our heat went out, identified where wire was touching some copper and browned out. Fixed it, got us up and running. Even identified where Raleigh heating and Air had missed connecting one of our ducts - very much appreciate his attention to detail.

The furnace was not working the next day - inside temp was 61 degrees although thermostat was set at 72 degrees. Called and same technician arrived to correct the malfunction.

I don’t often post reviews but the level of service and commitment Newcomb and Company demonstrated in repairing our a/c system and standing behind their work is to be commended in these times where service and integrity seems to be in such short supply. I cannot give a higher recommendation for an HVAC contractor than this. They earn their business and they have a customer forever in me.

Riggs provided outstanding customer service when he serviced the HVAC system at two locations. He arrived within the specified time and immediately began his task. He was respectful of my home and placed protective covers over his shoes before he entered my home. After he completed his work, he ensured that the area was clean just like he found it. I would recommend this technician and the company to my best friends!

Preston was very thorough, professional, courteous, friendly, explained everything in detail of what he was doing, what was found, aproxímate time work would take. Wasn’t pushy , reliable. Very pleased with performance.
