You don't need to look any further for a good plumbing company. I've had other plumbers in the past, but now I'll stick with Legacy. Shaun was very thorough, pleasant and professional . He even took the extra time to educate me concerning my plumbing issues and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using JR Lane Plumbing for the past 6 months for my apartment communities and I have experienced nothing but the best! They are always fast, professional and reasonably priced. I have tried other companies such as Roto Rooter & Poole's Plumbing and they have not even come close to the level of professionalism that I have gotten from Lane plumbing.

I have used a few plumbers in the past and Cary Plumbing will be the only one I use going forward. They have excellent customer service and do the job right the first time. They installed my tankless water heater along with replacing a few facets that were dripping and installation was on time and service was great and have never had any issue. If you need the job done right the first time call Cary Plumbing would highly recommend!

They came out to check our gas fireplace, make sure it was ready for this cold days. They're the best we have had in San Antonio, very thorough, check gas line, make sure no leaks, explained steps on how to operate fireplace. Turned on fireplace for us. Excellent Customer Service. I will be using them from now on. Very Professional and polite.

Our hot water heater was leaking (11 yr old heater). I noticed the leak yesterday at 9AM. Called Benjamin Plumbing right away, he came within the hour, after inspecting the water heater, it was determined to replace it. Had a new hot water heater by the afternoon. Very polite and great service. Thank you.

When called I needed to be clear that I only needed just AC maintenance not repair, and then I received an earlier appointment date. Anthony that showed up was extremely (really extremely) thorough and really nice person willing to describe all the steps and why. He did take a lot longer than expected. He did confide that he works for AE because they fundamentally want to do things right and he’s never pressured to take any shortcuts. (He also confided it’s boring and welcome sharing his descriptions.) He’s been with AE for a long time. I’m not sure how AE’s pricing compares, but they’ve been around a long time so I’m sure they’re not losing money. But the job gets done right. [yes. This is a real review. Attached is picture of my attic systems.]

They were amazing to work with. I called on a Thursday and had a water heater installed on Friday. They educated me one water heaters and even tankless water heaters and took the time to explain things when I asked questions. They were friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up before they left and explained the operation of the new water heater to me. I would use them for anything I need in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Redco installed a gas hot water heater. I called and the same day Redco installed a new hot water heater. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them very professional company.
