Incredible professional service! John came to our home today to fix a broken water pipe in the ceiling. Needless to say we were worried that it would be a huge mess. John knew exactly what was going on, opens up the ceiling and fixed the pipe while keeping the mess minimal with drop cloths and covers for His boots. He was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was! Thank you guys so much!

Jimmy is pretty darn awesome. My husband and I bought a renovated house and got the surprise of major plumbing issues and backups. Lane Plumbing was called for a second opinion vs. a major chain and thank goodness we called. The sewer line had to be replaced and Jimmy quoted well under the competition. He answered my incessant questions and calmed my fears every step of the way. I washed clothes today for the first time with no issues. I can’t thank Lane Plumbing enough for making our new house one step closer to being our forever home.

Joe and Jason showed up in time. I told them what was going on and they dug right in to troubleshooting the source of the issue. They quickly found the source, swapped out the faulty components, explained the work they had done, cleaned everything up, and pulled out the driveway of a happy customer. 100% calling Cary plumbing again if I have any issues.

Mr. Benjamin arrived promptly and quickly assessed our plumbing request. We purchased a commode 7 days ago and have attempted at least 3 different plumbers to come to our home for the commode installation and to replace the shut off valve. Appointments were made and then other customer emergencies would shift our service request. Over the weekend the already broken shut off valve began to drip on the floor. We spent Monday morning making calls and found Mr. Benjamin. He arrived at the time he stated he would arrive, quickly accessed the problem and went right to work. We asked Mr. Benjamin to repair a few other items and they were done without hesitation. In addition, we were pleased with the cost of the repair. You won't be disappointed. Very polite and professional.

First off, great communication! I didn’t have to follow up for installation time/day even when they changed due to a material delay out of their control. We had our full HVAC system replaced. The contractors performing the work were courteous and clean. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again!

When I called Rooter and Sons Plumbing yesterday and explained that my hot water heater was 15 years old and I wanted to change it out in my townhome, we set an appointment for the next day. Boy was I surprised when Tyler came out with the hot water heater and was ready to install! He and his co-worker started right in and had my old one out and new one installed promptly.
