I initially thought that there was going to be a valve replacement. After Eric's assessment he said that he could replace it but the hot water heater is old, 13years at that. He advised us to replace it, he was not pushy. He was very blunt about the repair. We went ahead and replaced it. He called his coworker to see if he had one in stock. He came by, hauled the old one way and replaced it with a new one. This was done in alot less time than expected.

Hired Omar for rotting on two of my properties. I Got a quote and a time frame of job completion. Very satisfied with his work.
