We had a terribly corroded and leaking garbage disposal. Initial diagnostic visit was great- on time and a good estimate was provided. They managed to get the disposal (which was an unusual one because we have a septic tank) more quickly than anticipated and rather than it taking 2.5 weeks to get and repair, it took less than a week! Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.
