Absolutely perfect response time and service. When you have a sudden toilet issue, and you know what I mean, you need good service FAST. PSC was fast to respond and even faster to dispatch Jason to my residence to take care of the issue. He located the problem, offered several solutions to repair the issue, and didn't spend his time upselling a bunch of services we did not need. He presented solutions in a logical, easy-to-understand way that I appreciated a great deal. Good price and excellent service.

no show after starting job and does not answer calls or keep appointments. leaves jobs unfinished. Not professional at all. do not use. sent to my house by AHS home services. did nothing but pour chemicals down my sink. truck was not equipped with tools to get the job done . made an appointment to send another truck and have not heard from them since and when i called for 2 weeks all i got was answering machine. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

I called and explain my situation and they had a serviceman out to my house the next day to examine and fix the leak I had under the house. Jerry was Fantastic in quickly being able to handle a very difficult job based on crawling under the house to replace the broken pipe. We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

The work recommended was explained thoroughly and the price was competitive. The work was done same day. I was asked before he left if there were any other issues I might want him to check.
