A neighbor has recommended this company for plumbing needs due to a great experience in the past. I called Benjamin Plumbing and Mr. Sampson had an opening and came to my home within 15 min! He was very professional and was knowledgeable about the plumbing issue. He showed me what was wrong and made sure I understood the process to the repair. He then repaired the issue and showed me afterwards that it was fixed. He also fixed my soap holder for me and looked at my water heater to check for any concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has plumbing needs! I will be using this company again for all additional plumbing needs.

Plumber Rafael Signal Hill just replaced an old water heater for us. Cory was super easy to work with and provided a fair and accurate quote. Corey arrived right on time and made sure to teach me about the system and clean up after. Great service I'd highly recommend them if you need a new hot water tank.

The technicians, Chris and Austin, were professional and very knowledgeable. Within seconds Christ identified the water pressure problem that we were having with our house. Both he and Austin worked quickly and replaced the PRV and the expansion tank. They also fixed a toilet, a repair I requested after they got to my house. I am impressed and would recommend Wake forest Plumbing.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

One of your drivers just cut me off in traffic and almost ran me into a wall in Chino, CA. License plate ending in 90L1. He had a buddy who was the passenger and he was laughing as I was trying to not wreck my car. I have a picture of the vehicle.
