Courteous Thoughtful Kind Trustworthy Prompt & Reasonable

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. Very professional, highly skilled, polite, and courteous. Removed sketchy above ground well pump and installed a submersible pump. Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! Great service! Couldn't quite figure out why one of my toilets wasn't flushing fully, I gave Sweetwater a call and they were able to put me on their schedule quickly. The fellas who came over were extremely friendly and were able to resolve the issue within 30 mins. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

We called PK Plumbing to install a tankless gas water heater. Edwin was prompt to respond and provided excellent communication regarding appointments and cost estimates. He took the time to explain the installation process and functionality of the system we purchased and was very patient while answering my many questions. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our space by cleaning up and maintaining social distancing. We called Edwin back to repair leaky laundry faucets and he worked just as efficiently and helped us stay within our budget.
