Jason was on time, polite a hard worker. Every interaction with him and the office was great and Jason was a hard worker and professional. I would definitely use NC Water Heaters again. We had toilets replaced.

I called Redco when I had a leak and my water would not shut completely off. They were responsive and sent someone out soon to check it out. They were able to replace the faucets for my my washing machine and they replaced my water shut off knob for a new valve. They completed this on a Friday evening. I will need a plumber for a new kitchen faucet very soon, and I would not hesitate to have Redco come out and do thet project.

I called Justin in the morning to get my new water meter connected to my irrigation system. He came over that afternoon and got it hooked up. Much appreciated.

I try to keep the money in the neighborhood and usually end up disappointed in the quality of work. Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted. Outstanding work at a fair price, I will use him again.

I hired Omar's Plumbing to clean my main line which kept backing up on us. The other plumbing contractors we called want so much more money. Omar's prices was more than fair and they were very professional. Our plumbing problem has gone away once again Omar thank you are the man! If you want to get quality service you should definitely call these guys.

Plumber Rafael Signal Hill just replaced an old water heater for us. Cory was super easy to work with and provided a fair and accurate quote. Corey arrived right on time and made sure to teach me about the system and clean up after. Great service I'd highly recommend them if you need a new hot water tank.

Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.

I can't even go to a different agent because it's a small business agency!

I wish I could give 6 stars. Every aspect of the transaction was positive. the lady answering the phone was courteous, friendly and told me when the plumber would be there. Ron showed up at that time and was pleasant, professional and resolved the dishwasher leak promptly. I wish all service businesses conducted themselves in this fashion.

I scheduled an appointment for York Plumbing to thaw my pipes after the bad snow and ice storm I. February. 2021. My appointment was a week out and I called three times to confirm they were coming. When they got here on the appointment date, the technician advised me he was not equipped to thaw pipes! After waiting and a full week and confirming 3 times, they advised me they “don’t thaw pipes”! Incompetence at it’s worst!

I never got a chance to find out about their services because they don't believe in returning phone calls. I guess they don't need the business and them not returning call to messages left for them tells me how unprofessional they are.

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee
