I called Benjamin plumbing and an appointment was set up right away. He arrived promptly and took care of the problem within 30 minutes!! I will be using their services again for sure!!

Matt was super courteous and did a great job with the A/C checkup. I really appreciate him proactively cleaning the whole unit, too!!!

They were amazing to work with. I called on a Thursday and had a water heater installed on Friday. They educated me one water heaters and even tankless water heaters and took the time to explain things when I asked questions. They were friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up before they left and explained the operation of the new water heater to me. I would use them for anything I need in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Justin came out to diagnose my water heater issue and fixed it quickly. I will call him again next time i have a plumbing issue

We had Scott come out to look out our toilets that were constantly running; Scott came out and diagnosed the problem immediately, and we were able to get an appointment ASAP, Scott came over and completed the repairs extremely quickly, and was very professional.

I've had Mr. Rooter out a number of times such as to inspect my water heater, to repair a toilet and this most recent time to replace damaged and out-of-code outdoor water spigots. Each time they're excellent. Most recently Aron Gill came out to do the repairs on the outdoor water spigots and he was friendly, knowledgeable, considerate of my house and property and provided a lot of good information not only on the current job but on preventative work that could save me money such as replacing my 20 year old water heater.

I'm happy with the service I get and I mention to anyone who asks who my plumber is.
