We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Bradly was just here installing 2 new toilets in my upstairs bathrooms. He was on time and highly professional. Did a fantastic job and cleaned as he went. I would highly recommend this company. So much so that I asked for an estimate for the next round of repairs/upgrades that I’m planning.

We hired Executive Plumbing to address several plumbing concerns and they were top notch; timely, skillful, polite and don't charge and arm and a leg like many of their competitors. Should we need any plumbing work in the future, they will be our first call!

We called Kevin with Cub’s Plumbing because our old tank water heater started leaking and gave out. When Kevin arrived he was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our old water heater could not be repaired. We went over the different options and decided to go with a new tankless water heater. Kevin came back the next day and installed the unit in one day! We had hot water again! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention to detail that Kevin showed. We will definitely call Cub’s Plumbing in the future.

Our Mr. Rooter Repairman was so very helpful & knowledgable. Arrived within the specified window with additional calls and texts and emails in advance & after the repair job...everything was so professional and worked like clockwork. With the high rate of construction in our neighborhood, this is our 2nd time needing to repair the Water Pressure Valve that regulates the pressure from the town coming into our home. He gave us various helpful options & precise pricing on each one. He even took the initiative to look up our part needed and saw that the didn't carry tht particular piece on his truck & even left to go pick up the precise valve to fit our house plumbing need - instead of using a standard or universal one. ( He did this very expeditiously & we appreciated his not just saving himself the time and bother with installing a universal one - which we feel the last repairman did about 8 years prior and is why the piece/water pressure valve didn't even last to the standard product expectancy). We were so very well pleased with every aspect of this repair by the technician at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. You cannot find a better, more responsive and detail oriented plumbing technician than those at Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

I had gotten several estimates to install a Rheem water heater I purchased from Home Depot. Because the unit was in my attic, several contractors gave me estimates in excess of $1000 (some a bit less) and most couldn’t get me on their schedule for days. Then I found George at Project Services. He sent 2 very competent, friendly guys to my house the very next day at 8am and flawlessly completed the job at a fraction of the cost and time relative to the other estimates I received. They were in and out in 2.5 hours. George even personally showed up because his guys needed extra materials. A+++ all the way around. I would definitely use theim again and strongly recommend them to others.

Fissured water pipe was located in lobby of house after cutting thru dry wall in 3 areas.Pipe was replaced. Satisfied with work done, but found the cost very excessive , at $1800 for a 3 hours operation that included time to pick up replacement part.I authorized the work, so it is my fault, but I can't equate that cost to any plumbing work I ever done in my house, ( dry wall repair will have to be added to that cost)Pressure of having family visiting and not being able to use water made me overlook all recommendation on how to select a plumbing company , but I trusted Progressive, so pretty disappointed.
