They repaired my water heater and it works fine. However their scheduling department or process needs work that took the longest time (3 weeks)

I highly recommend Chris. He was quick to respond and had our underground water leak just outside the foundation wall fixed within hours of his arrival. He completed this repair in the wind and rain associated with Ian and never complained. Thank you Chris for having our water back on in hours when we were worried it would be days. Extra appreciation for doing this repair in such nasty, wet weather.

Sonny's Mechanical is #1 in our opinion. From our first call to Sonny's to our last good-bye to the technician, the situation was. very professional and customer satisfying.. Jason Lett was the technician and he was first class. He kept us informed of our situation and was very professional and knowledgeable. Hats off to Sonny's and Jason.

Omar is fair and reasonable. I called him because my sewer was backed up and flooding my house. He was available the same day to come and help. He did not up charge me or try to rip me off in any way. Unfortunately, I had called a different company two days before for the same issue. They overcharged me and they did not even fix the problem because it happened again two days later. They did not guarantee their work either so when I called them back to say the problem wasn't fixed they refused to come out again unless we paid them again. Omar came, cleared the backup in the sewer, charged half what those other guys charged, and actually fixed the problem. He also guaranteed his work and promised to return if the problem wasn't solved.

I was so pleased with his level of service and his honesty that I hired him for another job to repair a long-standing problem with the toilet support plate. He came on time and fixed the toilet and reinstalled a new one for us. It was a lot of work for him, he had to cut out pieces of the floor in order to repair the support for the toilet, but he didn't add to the quote. He charged what he originally quoted and didn't try to get more money from us or sell us anything we didn't need. I find him very honest trustworthy and reliable which is exactly what you want in a plumber.

I called them at 7:30 pm about a leaking water heater. The next morning they provided a quote and by 2:30 that afternoon they had replaced the old water heater and brought the system up to code. The manager and owner were on site and provided excellent customer service. They are a great local company doing business the right way.

My house was found flooded on Christmas Eve. The house had been vacant for a few days and an upstairs tub valve broke. The house had several inches of water throughout, coming out of ceiling light fixtures. I called Rudy with ESR on Christmas Eve around 9pm. He had a crew out within hours to begin water extraction and had fans and pumps up and running before the end of the night. He also dealt with my insurance company directly so I did not have to worry about payments. Absolutely great company Great, quick communication. They helped make a tragic situation better!

Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.

Met Anthony through our home warranty with Old Republic when our kitchen sink stopped draining. Can’t say enough about this guy. He came in, assessed the issue, and delivered a fantastic repair. His work is quality and he was spot on with what needed to be done. We had three plumbers come out before him to get a balanced quote and he was the most honest and forthcoming with what was necessary to get the sink working again. Highly recommend!

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
