Had a great experience working with Sampson at Benjamin plumbing. Responded to my voicemail the same day I contacted him, came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed a leak right away. Rates were reasonable and Sampson a pleasure to work with. They were even able to squeeze in a spigot replacement for my dad nearby the same day. NC Water Heaters installed a tankless water heater, and subsequently have performed routine maintenance on the unit for the last two years. In general, I love working with them - they are responsive, courteous, and do high quality work. I highly recommend them!

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

I called to get a set of keys out of the toilet that were accidentally drooped. When the plumber, arrived he told me it would $175 for just coming out, $250 to go into the toilet, and $ for this $ for that .. none of this has been communicated prior to his arrival. I told him to leave but did pay the $175 service fee. The next day .. another plumber came out and retrieved my keys. I shouldn’t have paid the $175 but ? Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️..

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
