The pump in my septic tank went out. It was a disaster. I texted this company yesterday. They responded to me the same day. They gave me time ranges and a 30-minute window for when they would arrive. They texted me promptly this morning with their arrival time and arrived when they said they would. They talked to me and explained everything that they were doing and made sure I understood. Their pricing was fair and they were very kind and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with this company again.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

It took one week to have the appointment. The person answer the phone is not polite at all. Strage company.

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! My house was built in 1969, so you can imagine the work that needed to be done. I had company coming in town and I needed someone to get to me as soon as possible. I called three companies and they all couldn’t get to me quick enough. I called rest assured plumbing and they got to me not only quickly but they knew the issue immediately. They unclog my drains and replaced 10 feet of pipe!! They guarantee the work for a whole year! Will definitely be calling them again...I know the old house will need more work!!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.
