We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!

He was professional, on- time, and left everything very clean. I'm so pleased with the water quality after he installed the filter. Jacko and Josh were awesome! Prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, upfront…the list goes on. I sought 4 different quotes to replace my water heaters with tankless. Mr. Rooter wasn’t the cheapest but they were very competitively priced. What gave this company the edge and helped inform my decision were these qualities: responsiveness, communication, personable employees (including the ones who answer the phone), and attention to detail, as well as knowing Jacko and Josh - the crew who came to meet with me and give the estimate - were going to be my installers! We had Santy come out and help us with our kitchen remodel. Not only was he on time, he was very professional. Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

After making a call to My Project Services, a tech was here within an hour and the repair was done quickly... VERY PROFESSIONAL and reasonable prices too. I have worked with Matthew’s plumbing on many occasions. I have worked with Wayne, Sam, and Matt. All of which have done great work. They handle all the plumbing for any jobs that I have going on. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! They claim to understand how water filtration systems work which is why I had them come to my house. They looked at my system and told me it was running fine and then charged me $185. I had to learn the hard way that there was something wrong with my water filtration system when I got a $250 water bill a month later. Asked them for a receipt to show the City and they refused to provide a receipt. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
