They called to ask if it was OK to come early, then arrived in 10 minutes, which was about 90 minutes before the appointment. That was really appreciated because we were without water. The plumber's name was Eduardo and he was the nicest guy. Worked quickly, cleaned everything up and finished in about 40 minutes. Did a great job!

Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. Rakeem installed a hot water tap and reverse osmosis system 1.5 years ago and he did an excellent job. He comes out every 6 months to change filters. He also fixed a shower drain that was leaking because the builder installed it incorrectly. It has been working great since! He is very professional, fair priced, and responsive.

We have used Garman Plumbing for small and large jobs and they've been a pleasure to work with, every time. As the owners of 3 old homes in Raleigh, we have had the unfortunate need for a plumber more often than many people. While plumbing emergencies are not fun (at all!) as soon as I speak with Randy and he gets his crew to work on the issue, I know it will be resolved as soon as possible. His employees are professional and hard working, his billing is fair and he often has suggestions for how a job can be accomplished in the best way.

Cubs Plumbing is very knowledgeable, professional and showed up to do the work at the exact time they said they would. Sewer line was causing constant problems and they fixed the issue just like they said they would. Sewer line hasn't had a issue since the repair and I would definitely use them again!

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!! They claim to understand how water filtration systems work which is why I had them come to my house. They looked at my system and told me it was running fine and then charged me $185. I had to learn the hard way that there was something wrong with my water filtration system when I got a $250 water bill a month later. Asked them for a receipt to show the City and they refused to provide a receipt. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
