I work with him for about a week and I liked it I learned quite a bit and I had much to learn but I wanted to keep learning. Don’t ever rely on him or his company. If you go to work for him, it’s common that he’ll just lay you off so he can work on his little vintage car collection. While I was working with him, he was going to sell one of his cars so instead of doing plumbing work and going to the jobs that we had that day he canceled those jobs and made me clean his car so we can sell it. A very unprofessional business. Don’t get me wrong, when he actually does attend To the jobs, he does an amazing job. But even if you have a scheduled day for him to come work at your house he will cancel it if it involves his car collection no matter how urgent. And to those who would work with him, no matter the race or anything like that, he’ll drop you in a heartbeat. Edwin you should know who this is. I trusted you. You used me. And kicked me to the side.

I would definitely recommend. I had CK's to my house today to clear a drain line and replace a hose bibb. They were on-time and called in advance, a big plus for me! They did excellent work and repaired my issues quickly. They were very clean and left my house the same way they found it. Thanks to Sean & Anthony for a job well done.

NO MORE SPONGE BATHS!! LAST Fall all I could take were sponge baths. I could not get i in and out of my tub/shower. I was falling and breaking bones (couldn't lift legs into tub) .
I called William Parrish Plumbing and they're came right over. Once they saw the problem they didn't have to remove and install a newer tub. They back the next day and within a couple of hours they had cut the side of tub down any installed a step i in. I can now get i in and out of tub for showers especially using safety hand ralls they installed. NO MORE SPONGE BATHS for me. Thanks William Parrish Plumbing , Inc.

Kevin did an outstanding job, assessing not only the water heater issue, but uncovered problems with the accumulator in the system as well. Outstanding service, prompt courteous, clean, and did an a great job communicating on exactly what he was going to do and how he would do it. The work came in exactly at the estimated amount. So so happy I found Arbor Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working! I spent the morning getting quotes from bigger names but when I had made a decision, I wasn't getting called back (we started at 9am, so much for same day service). By 4pm, I decided to reach out to someone new. I found Arbor through Angi and great reviews. Mike, the sales mngr, had met set up by 5 with a full quote that was extremely competitive. Andre and Eric were at my house by 7:45 and were not daunted by my narrow little storage closet. They explained the features of my new water heater and told me how to maintain it. They were super nice and left everything better than they found it! I have put Arbor Plumbing in my contacts so I don't have to waste my time next time.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

They did an entire home plumbing replacement for a fixer upper for my sister, another detailed series of jobs for my other sister and just finished more work at my home. My family digs Nature of Water plumbing. One of the best tips I have ever received when a new neighbor told me about them. I wish I knew them sooner after being very disappointed with a competitor's job on my brand new water heater that leaked all over in less than 48 hours.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The leasing team is very helpful and nice. The maintenance team, however, steals the show. They keep this place looking new day in and day out. You can see the pride from the road.

North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.
