We are very pleased with the new tankless water heater Matt installed for us. Matt presented several options and patiently explained the pros and cons regarding tank vs. tankless water heaters and even suggested installing the tankless water heater in our crawlspace to save room in our garage and provide a better environment for the heater. We are very happy with our Navien natural gas water heater with recirculating line.
No more long waits for hot water! Matt kept us informed all along the way throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to our questions. He also replaced our pressure reducing valve and his electrician corrected some electrical wiring issues we had in the crawlspace. We have used Legacy often over the past few years, to help us fix a number of plumbing issues in our new and previous houses. They are the only plumbers we use - they are amazingly professional and smart. They have had to come up with some creative solutions for a number of unique issues we had. Daniel and Ty did an awesome job! They were on time, quick to assess the situation and not judgmental at what my husband had done before they got here! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain my options in terms I could understand. It was a big job and they worked quick and precise the whole time! They treated my home better than their own and made sure the plumbing fixes were immaculate before they left! They did a completely new drainage system under the kitchen sink and fixed my pressure valve in the garage. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Rich was very professional and pleasant! He did a great job unclogging a massive back up and then repaired a worn out back water valve. Saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing rather than replacing the system. Did all his work quickly and efficiently and with a very cheerful attitude. So glad to know a plumber we are confident we can trust.

Sampson Benjamin has been our plumber since we moved to Raleigh. He also is the plumber for our two grown children and their families. He is the kind of gentleman you would want in your house under any circumstances. He is always prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has been to our house a number of times for repairs and most recently replaced our hot water heater. If you are looking for a first class individual to be your plumber, Sampson is the one. We could not give him a higher rating and/or recommendation.

Update to what’s below:
It turned out the leak returned shortly after Cory left. I let them know and Cory returned and truly fixed it for no cost. We have a well system so the sediment needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

This indeed was a challenging job. I appreciate their desire to make it right.

I had a leaky shower faucet. The cylinder and cartridge needed removed but was damaged.

I provided the new cartridge and trim kit.

Cory was on time and professional. Removing the cartridge was a beast of a job. I’m ver grateful Cory got it out, replaced it and put the kit on.

Only two issues prevent me from giving a five star rating.

He did leave the floor of the shower dirty and there were some sharp pieces of the previous cylinder left there.

I was not given any cost info up front and he struggled to explain why there was a line item for the new cylinder which I provided.

I was more than willing to pay for labor but shouldn’t need to pay for any parts.

Ultimately we agreed the line item ultimately represented labor after we reduced the cost. But it was an odd way of characterizing the work.

Overall I do recommend Redco as they are prompt to respond and do the job correctly.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

Excellent mechanical contractor for both business and my house. All the mechanics are polite and professional but Rick is hilarious and inventive. He fixes stuff in an hour some others think will be a daylong process. Highly recommend!

Went with another company that did not require an upfront service fee

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
