Mosi, our service tech, installed 2 new hot water heaters and did an excellent job. We originally had 2 older hot water heaters installed in the crawl space and both were nearing 15 years old. One started leaking in the middle of the night and we called Optimal Plumbing solutions at 7 AM. They answered and set up a morning appointment. Mosi was sent out to service our address. In a timely fashion he was able to assess the work needed and give us a fairly priced estimate which we immediately agreed to. He worked diligently and by mid day we had two new water heaters installed.

Not only did Mosi do an excellent job in a timely manner but he also discussed the heated plumbing system with us as a functioning technical system. It was quickly apparent that he is skilled in his craft, knows it well, and appreciates the technical aspects of his trade. Optimal Plumbing Solutions is fortunate to have Mosi as an employee. I should also add that Mosi spoke highly of his employer, which is a good sign for both employee and employer.

Larry provided a prompt and reasonable estimate of the work on Friday and was pleased to have the work schedule for the following Monday.I was very happy with the work done and completed by Chris and John. I’m very happy to find this company there service employee were are professional. I have an emergency last week my AC stop working but there on call came right away and fix the problem. Today they visited for my summer service check up they are prompt wears protective shoe covering inside my house and explained what’s going on with my AC.

A professional courtesy phone call that they were on their way and came a few minutes earlier than appointment. Andrew gave me his opinion on our hot water heater and his suggestion (which was what I was thinking in my head) if its not broke don't fix it. We will keep an eye on it and see how long we can go before a new one is needed. Thank-you!!

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Our onsite assigned technician, Eduardo was very courteous, safety conscious and detailed. And we ended up having a small issue after the installation, and Raleigh Plumbing was at our home within 30 mins of a phone call on a rainy Raleigh Friday night. They resolved the issue promptly. Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! I called when I heard a strange humming sound and bad flow in one of my sinks. The technician was able to walk me through the steps to check one of the possible root causes, and I was able to get the sink running normal again right away.
