We remodel homes for a living and this company of guys are by far the most professional and easy to work with. Oscar Joseph is my management contact and he knows how to make it happen. David did our full replacement of our current remodels HVAC system. He did an outstanding job. Man knows his stuff. Roy and Adam did all of the plumbing and prepared the house for all plumbing trim, dishwasher lines and made sure we were going be able to meet code. Their knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. Today Derek and Dominic came to install the shower trim, toilet, adjust the toilet flange, and all the faucets, etc. Once again top notch professionalism and work. From start to finish and follow up by Oscar Joseph throughout the process I will only use 1-800 Plumber + Air for all my future investments. This is how a company should be ran.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

All the individuals from Bolton services I interacted with over the phone and in person provided exceptional friendly Customer Service. Larry provided a prompt and reasonable estimate of the work on Friday and was pleased to have the work schedule for the following Monday.I was very happy with the work done and completed by Chris and John. Kelly was very prompt to respond and send the information I requested the inspection report and the invoice. Overall very pleased with my experience working with Bolton.

I have had two excellent experiences with Newcomb and Company related to my HVAC system. We had a 17 year old system that needed to be replaced and received a few quotes before deciding to go with Newcomb. Our rep, Marcus, was knowledgeable, professional, and was always quick to respond to questions. The crew that did the install made sure to clean up after themselves and was very friendly. After the install there was an electrical issue with the new thermostats - they had a tech to my house within an hour and fixed it.

Prior experience was over 3 years ago when our zoning system went. The sales rep showed me how to manually adjust our dampers vs installing a new zoning unit on a then 14 year old system, saving me $1000+.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Eduardo did a great job replacing our instant hot water dispenser. He was punctual, professional and very nice!

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. On their most recent visit to check on my units, Kevin Rabon was great. He not only explained everything he was going to he educated me on why he was doing it and how long it would take. Great guy, friendly and outgoing. I enjoyed speaking with him and getting to know him. Whenever I call to set up an appointment the ladies in the office are awesome. They do what ever they can to get you scheduled as soon as possible while working within your schedule. I would highly recommend these folks if your need service or a new unit installed. They installed a new unit for me last year and did it quickly and without damaging any of my shrubs. Again exactly what I had hoped for.
