Replaced Hot Water Tank.

I am staying out of NC right now and my son is staying in my house. He had issues with two of my toilets. Ryan came out a few hours after I called. He evaluating the issues and gave me several options. I chose to replace both of our toilets. He got the main bathroom working for that night and came back the next day and replaced them both within a hour. He was professional and kind on the phone and broke everything down for me. I appreciate the work he did in such a timely manner. I will be getting them in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank-you Ryan

Great job installing our new shower tray and faucet/shower fixtures. As this project required some planning and prep before Walston Plumbing arrived, we appreciated all the guidance received prior to our appointment. Felix and his helper were polite and gave a lot of attention to their work, offering good suggestions on placement of fixtures before they began the work. Felix also offered good advice on preparing for installation of the shower door even though that will require a different craftsman.
Once the tiling was laid, Felix returned to complete installation of faucet & shower fixtures. BEAUTIFUL!

I've used this company twice. Once to have a new water installed in our old home. Great service! Never had any issues with the water heater. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. When it was time to sell the home, I reached out to Andrew asking how to adjust the water temp as it was 3 degrees higher than what the inspector recommended. Andrew emailed me step by step instructions. Great guy! When we bought our new home we noticed immediately that the hot water was rust colored. Andrew went out to the new home, generated us an estimate to present to the sellers. In the end, the sellers had a home warranty they replaced the water heater through, however the estimate provided by Your Service Pro of NC and the final bill from the home warranty company were spot on. I'd recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. Their prices are great and all employees have been a delight to work with!

One heating element went bad on my 15 year old water heater so I called a hand full of places to get a quote for a new one. Some plumbers wanted $90 to just come out and give me a quote! When I called KW Boykin, I spoke with Tracy and she had me send pictures and measurements and was able to give me a quote the same day with NO service fee. She also was super nice and answered all my questions! I did ask her about upgrading to a smart water heater and she gave me a good price so decided to go with that. I did get a quote from a big box store that was slightly cheaper but not much. I wanted a licensed plumber to do the install and Tracy was really helpful so decided to use them. Michael was the plumber that did the job and he was great as well. Walked me thru downloading the app and how to use it. I will definitely use them in the future as they were easy to work with, responsive, fairly priced, local, and did quality work!

Very professional, highly skilled, polite, and courteous. Removed sketchy above ground well pump and installed a submersible pump. Moved air tank to a more suitable location, installed new ball valves, installed new lines, and wrapped new lines with high quality thick insulation. Craftsmanship was excellent! You will not be left in the dark wondering what work was done. Jason goes above and beyond and will let you know each step he recommends and does. I had been a fan of this company until I needed emergency a/c service. Paid good money for a service contract annually since 2008. Last night I noticed a/c not cooling. Called emergency line & lady asked “so you want someone to come out tonight?” Next call from technician who was very nice. I opted for him not to drive 45 min & would wait until morning, since I had 2 fans. He said “someone will call you between 7:30a-8a to tell you when technician coming. You pick a time you need them there.” In morning I called to check since I hadn’t heard from anyone. Yep, not one note about my problem and response was “someone will come sometime today.” (Since they were “adding me just then to their already busy schedule.)” Another reason I’m very disappointed is I had annual service on unit 2 weeks ago & tech commented then that “ line was not sweating” and didn’t do anything about it at the time. “we’ll just watch it.”
Really saddened to have to write this review. And so disappointed this company has such a poor communication problem. I will add more info when this is rectified, hopefully today.
UPDATE: spoke to Supervisor & tech was at my house in a very timely manner. Did good job of fixing a/c. Appreciate they adjusted their schedule.
