Dawson from Bell Cow came to our house for an HVAC tune up and installed our nest thermostat as well. He was such a pleasure to have in our house. He was great with our barky dog and was truly courteous and professional. He gave me lots of tips and tricks to extend the life of our HVAC. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning when our shower wouldn’t turn off. We had to turn off the main valve, leaving us without use of any water. This was inconvenient and bad timing on the weekend. We called ARC as new clients. Rich (owner) not only answered the phone but sent a plumber within minutes. Noah was very knowledgeable and accessed the problem quickly, went to Home Depot to pick up the part needed, changed it out and wallah- fixed our shower! Calling ARC for our plumbing needs was the best decision- professional, available and knowledgeable. We highly recommend ARC and will use them for our plumbing, HVAC, electrical problems in the future- they do it all!

Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations. It is our hope to stay with Will and CK for the future. I recommend them both highly.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My kitchen sink got clogged last night and I spent two hours this morning snaking the pipes and removing and cleaning the trap with no success . I called Affortable Plumbing, after the guy arrived it only took him 15 mins to resolve. I was very happy with my experience, they arrived quickly and did good work, reasonable price. Do not use this firm. Called to give estimate. Did not provided an itemized estimate. Asked for one before I paid bill. refused to provide me one. His quote was for over double what other firms quoted and he never provided an itemized estimate. Beware!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
