Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. Alan has been very helpful to me and my mother. He has repaired a door that came out of its track, a sink plumbing issue and the biggest challenge of all replacing deadbolt locks in our doors. What should have been a simple replacement was not. The deadbolts were actually bigger by just a small amount so the existing holes had to be enlarged and that is not an easy task on metal doors. Anyway that setback did not frustrate alan and he soldiered on. He is on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Alan.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
