I received quotes from 3 different plumbers for a broken hot water knob. The first plumber quoted me a crazy price and unnecessary work. The second plumber took 2 days to come by and 2 more days to call me back with a pretty high quote. KW Boykin came out the day after I called them and fixed my problem right away. They were very friendly and showed me exactly what was broken. They already had the necessary equipment to fix it and gave me an awesome price. So greatful to them for being honest and fair! It's really hard to come by these days. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! the folks all seemed nice. however....they were here for 8 hours. they didn't have everything they needed...and kept having to get someone to bring them something. they also gave me a gift card they said I could use to pay my bill with as I financed it and the bank it was financed through said they could not use that card to pay my bill. I'm really not sure if I would recommend them
