Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Eric is the best! He did a wonderful job putting in a tankless water heater for us. He was on-time and on-budget which are rare in this space! He is professional, kind, and skilled. Workmen were great both plumber and restorers. Paperwork had wrong address, never changed after first visit. Put equipment in dry basement across the street approved by GM. Found 3 days later. Put equip.in our house to finish drying it out, assume retook pictures. Lost pictures. Restaged equipment for insurance company pictures. This is a leadership and management issue. Also estimator never returned calls for either when pictures sent to insurance company, as asked, or to discuss going to wrong house.

At first it was great, I called and left a message and Richard called me back and said he was able to get out to give a quote same day and said the work could be done the following day. However, this is where the problems began. I never received the quote he promised via email and would not return any of the multiple phone calls over the next few days. He would not even return a call to indicate if he was interested in doing the work. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend his company to anyone who actually wants any work done.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
