Best Plumbing Needs in Raleigh NC

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

This is my second time using Matthew's plumbing. I was trying to connect a natural gas heater in my garage and Matt was able to come out and explain what was needed to make this work. He called the plumbing supply store and setup a material list so I could pick the materials up and perform the installation myself. I also had some other plumbing questions for Matt and he was able to help me with those questions when he came out. Overall I am pleased with how these guys work.

I am grateful that I came across Jimmy Lane with Lane Plumbing. I did a DIY project over the weekend that turned out disastrous. When I spoke to Jimmy, somehow he turned my embarrassment into laughter. He sent out Mark and Jerry who fixed my issue promptly and the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed with the work that I gave them another job and Mark showed up the very next day to get that job done. I admire Mark's work ethic. I would highly recommend this team as they actually care about the quality of their work. Don't hesitate to give them a call...you will not regret your decision!!

Highly recommend this company. They did a great job and went above and beyond for me which ended up saving me money.

After many attempts to fix my AC ,Mandolin Services were called. Within 10 minutes Eric saw that the compressor was out. (How do you miss that?)Erick ordered the part and came back within a speedy amount of time and fixed it. Eric was very professional and friendly.

We were having problems with a horrendous noise occurring when we ran some of our plumbing fixtures. We called Rooter and Sons Plumbing who responded within a couple hours. Scott determined that it was our pressure relief valve. He took only a very short time to replace it. We had been putting this repair off and we very pleased with Scott's professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Highly recommend Rooter and Sons and Scott.

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties. I told the lady/dispatcher that I needed someone ASAP. She kind of laughed but then the next day I got a call from Dave and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend them!!

QUALITY and honesty you can trust

BEWARE.

Watch like a hawk if you hire them. They’re team was friendly but sneaky. Do not let them speak directly to your insurance company. Always stay in the middle of it. Mark your walls and items that need replacing, to make sure they actually replace it. They told me they replaced things they never replaced, and fixed things they never fixed. If I wasn’t checking in every day, I would not have know what was going on. They were just going to pocket the insurance money provided to replace and fix items, and on top of that keep the contracting fee. Very disheartening that companies like this exist.

I read all the good reviews and thought this company would be great to hire. Had I not been involved and kept an eye on them I would’ve thought the same.I would not have known better and thought they did what they said. They tried to scam me out of insurance money and said they did thing when they didn’t and wanted payment for things that were NOT fixed.

Tyler (The owner) is very aggressive if you call him out. Don’t be intimidated by him. Insurance fraud is serious and he needs to stop cheating people. Don’t pay until things are all completed and don’t pay for things that haven’t been done. Google LF (linear foot), SQFT, etc and insurance terminology so you know what needs to be done. Have the insurance company wright you the check, and DO NOT PAY unless it’s completely fixed. Otherwise you’re the one out of pocket and have to pay to redo our fix correctly.

Also ask for receipts for everything, directly from the companies not from ESR. They tried to mark materials up thousands of dollars and charge me for it along with increasing their GC FEE. When I called the companies that materials were bought and I found out that the items did not cost what they were claiming it cost and that Tyler was pocketing extra money. Thousands of dollars. Don’t let them get away with subpar work either. Some of the work they actually did was awful and would need to be fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BIG SCAMMER ! Very friendly to get you in the door but beware
