We had a septic disaster last year and called Progressive (they were the only folks who would come out on a holiday weekend, which was great). They pumped our septic and then scheduled a follow up to have someone come out to give us a quote on fixing the system. We got the quote, felt it was reasonable given our own research, and took out a loan to cover the costs. Turns out, just the electrical portion used up 90% of the money we were told it would take to repair the entire system.So now we are left with a busted system, in the same position as we were before we shelled out thousands of dollars trying to figure out how we are going to get the money to actually fix this.I wish we had never encountered Progressive in the first place.

This is the first time receiving service from this company. Andrew, the technician, was very professional, on time, quick to access the issue and quick to resolve it. He even removed the wet insulation and checked for mold and mildew. He assured me that all was good, showed me what was done, and made sure I understood all that he did. Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to completion!!

These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
