Very professional and arrived on time. Diagnosed problems quickly and offered options for repair or replacement. They installed a new faucet the next day in less than 24 hour turnaround time. I was even given choices and prices on line so did not have to go out and purchase the new faucet myself. Great quality, excellent customer service, called ahead both times to announce arrival time, friendly, took all required safety measures seriously. Have already recommended them to a friend. You will not be disappointed! Will definitely use their services again. Happy customer!

Called for quote to install sink I purchased, they could not give me any kind of estimate had to pay $100.00 for someone to come ad give me an estimate for over a thousand dollars,called 2 other plumbers and both estimates were under $500.00 , had the sink installed for $497.32.

We renovated our kitchen. The new garbage disposal and sink required new plumbing, which was not anticipated I called Edwin, he arrived within 2 hours. Edwin and Bruno were professional, tidy, and friendly. Highly recommend them.

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! I called because my disposal was leaking--they showed within the time window provided, assessed the situation, and decided to put in a new disposal. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They took all trash, left the warranty with me, and were respectful of my home. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

I’ve used them twice so far. Once to fix a shower and the other for some polybutylene leaks. Both times they were prompt and got the job done.

Courteous repairman arrived prompted at 7AM and corrected the leak quickly. So glad I scheduled the service the night before.

I had a somewhat positive experience with this company. He fixed the water pressure reduction valve in my house. He had mentioned possibly having to break through the drywall to fix it and then gave me a quote for the fix. He hurried to get the part and put in a total of around 2 hours 15 minutes from the time he arrived at my home, went to get the part, and then finished the job. I watched him complete the job.

My only issue was with the price. I felt like it was a serious problem and I really should have comparison shopped but was worried and so I took the first plumber I came across. I later spoke with a plumber in my family and they noted came up with a quote from their company, noting that even at the high end, the price I paid was 40% higher than what they would charge. I felt ripped off.

I called to discuss it with him and I was staying positive because he really was friendly with me during the job. I would have understood better if he just said the part was this much money, the work was this much, and so forth. I wasn't even given a receipt. Instead he got defensive when I tried explaining my thoughts.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

After using this company for several projects I found them to be quite overpriced. However plumbing is expensive sometimes so I never complained and only occasionally called for service. Well today I asked them if they were interested in bidding a water line replacement job that I needed a couple bids on. (Several thousand dollar job) The lady answered the phone and was incredibly short with me. She told me they weren’t interested and either go in the work order or not. She said they were too busy to bid the job. After doing $30,000 in work last year with them I have decided to be done with them.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE.
