We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

Alan did an incredible job fixing my toilet and was very eager to even help me over the phone. He was incredibly kind and quick to respond and tell me when he could come out and help. While he was helping to fix the toilet, he even showed me how to do it myself so that I could fix it on my own if a similar situation ever arose. He was very professional and very fun to talk to. I definitely recommend using The Raleigh Handyman for any repairs, and I will call Alan anytime I need a handyman in the future!

Sampson was pleasant and professional with the installation of my hot water heater. It took him less than two hours to install and clean up after the job. He explained the components of the hot water heater if i wanted to increase the temperature. He also told me other issues regarding my plumbing that may be a problem in the near future. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
